Need help: ITA RECIEVED BUT CLOSED WP REFUSED, No status.

Hi everyone,

Work permit expired on August 10

Applied LMIA AND CLOSED WORK PERMIT on August 10

Received ITA on October 15

Got refusal for Closed work permit few days ago,



Finally I have all the documents ready to submit,

I have 90 days to restore my Status.

Correct me if I’m wrong or give me advice if someone is in same situation.

I will be submitting my application for pr and once received AOR, I will be applying for BOWP and Restoration.

Is it the correct way? Or should I apply for visitor record first and then submit pr application > apply for BOWP AND Restoration?
