Another tracker (ghost update) today on both Sponsor and PA trackers.
First Nov 13 and now Nov 21 but nothing really changed or updated or requested either of the times. Not sure what's up. Only time will tell...

Another ghost update today on both Sponsor and PA trackers.
In our tracker it says, they sent us a message (November 19) but we haven't received any email from them, we both checked our email and spam folder but nothing in there. Can we just call the IRCC about this and ask?

Yes perhaps you can call and check with them. Not sure if/where you are in Canada but their phone lines are open only Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm local time. Already past 4 here in Toronto, ON. So maybe wait a couple more days and check on Monday. Hopefully you receive it by then and there is no need to call. (But its already been a couple days since Nov 19 ah damn so yeah do reach out to them eventually).
you need to link the application to GCKey account to see the message.
Oh good to know. I have the PA's linked to her GCKey account. But then we are also waiting for a message/notification or update in the first place. Will be sure to keep checking the GCKey account regularly.
Meanwhile, do I, the sponsor also need to link to my personal GCKey account?
So far we have:

No bro, I guess you're good now,
Only one GCKey can link application. That should be PA GCKey. That also explain why if people using representative, they won't be able to track anything because the application can only be linked to one account.
By the way, @hotsalsa , can you shorten your signature? It's very long everytime it expands
