Hi, I have a question - do you receive any notification if and when the PR card gets delivered to the mailbox? I am expecting the delivery, but I will not be physically present to receive it myself.

No. They don't notify. What you can do is observe GC Key account. You will get email about new message and it is about eligibility, you should expect card in a week(depending on your location).

How many days do you have to wait before linking your PR Card application on GCKey after eCOPR? I've been trying to link my PR Card application but no luck. Exhausted the allowed minimum 5 times/24 hours limit multiple times. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
