Need advice: BOWP application asking for marriage certificate I don’t have yet

I’m inland PR applicant and added my spouse after applying. For the BOWP, IRCC is asking for the marriage certificate. I only have the Record of Solemnization and the receipt for the certificate application.
Can I upload these as a combined PDF? Will IRCC accept it?

I would highly recommend waiting until you have the certificate before you submit the application.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’d prefer to wait, but my deadline is mid next month.

If you don’t have it by next month submit proof you’ve ordered it and then send it in when you receive it.
