PGWP refused due to no language proof

So I applied for my PGWP about 9 months ago and my application was just refused because I forgot to upload my language assessment document (they never requested it). I’ve had the document all along I just forgot to upload it.

I’m planning to submit a reconsideration request with the missing document attached. Has anyone here had success with PGWP reconsideration or doing something else? Any advice on what I should do?

Well its been more than 180 days since I graduated, I doubt reapplying for pgwp will do anything

Submit reconsideration ASAP. You stop working too. As for reconsideration, it is really up to to officer on whether file will be reopened. Reconsideration is for officer errors and you didn't submit a complete application. Also since language tests are a newer requirement might not get a response from people who did the same thing as you.

yea I've already done that. I sent one myself and another through MP. Hope the officer reopens the file

You are very likely out of status now, the rejection letter should say that. Reconsideration does not allow any status.

You are now out of status so all you can do is hope to re-open. MP cannot file for reconsideration so not sure what they sent to IRCC.

They just forwarded the language document. I called ircc several times all of the agents confirmed that they've received both requests

A MP cannot really do anything in this situation. If PGWP was refused then you did the right thing in raising a webform. All you can do is wait. You cannot work and are without status.

Yes thank you, but do you know anybody with the same case as mine, raised a web form and how long did the officer take to reconsider it? Any success story in the case like mine?

So did you or did you not include language proof meeting minimum standards? If you did then that is an error in law so should be re-opened within weeks. If not, may take longer. If you haven't received any response to the webform within 30 days then call IRCC about status.

Actually at the time of applying I did not attach my language test results, because it was kind of a DIY, and there was no separate section to attach it. However, I attach it through webform after I got a refusal
