IMO, You should wait for the IRCC's instructions.I applied for permanent residence under the inland family class in January 2025. My application is up to date, and all sections show as completed except for the background check. My medical exam was marked as completed due to my previous history.
According to my PR Tracker, my medical results will expire on October 24, 2025. However, I haven’t received any communication from IRCC regarding this yet.
My question is: should I retake the medical exam and submit it through the Webform, or should I wait for IRCC’s instructions in case they decide to extend it?
Has anyone experienced a similar situation before? Please kindly advise.
Thanks for the updateIMO, You should wait for the IRCC's instructions.
Same, 2 weeks. I'm not expecting the card until the new year but I'm just curious about how everyone else is doing. How long have you been waiting since eCOPR? Been waiting for just 2 weeks now
Going by the recent trends, it takes almost 6 weeks to get your address approved and your card mailed. Most people get it in their mailbox 4-7 days after.Same, 2 weeks. I'm not expecting the card until the new year but I'm just curious about how everyone else is doing.

When was your ecopr issued? As of today (7th December 2025) my mailing address is marked as "Accepted by IRCC" in the Permanent Residence Portal.
I've not had any ghost updates but I'm hoping it's progress at least.
