My wife and I just applied for a Nexus. I used the "Id No" on the front of our PR cards -- which is 8 digits long.

However, my son's is 10 digits, and won't fit in the 9 digits they allow.

Does anyone know what to do in this case?

I recall reading something about using the last 8, but I don't know for sure... and obviously don't want to enter random digits they might not accept.

I wish they'd make these things clearer. The Nexus app just says ID, but hovering over the field also says "Document Number"... which could mean the alphanumeric 9 digits on the back.

From other forum posts though, that doesn't appear to be it.

Any help appreciated! Thanks.

If you look at the bottom of your PRCard, it starts withCACAN and then the string you see is exactly same as string you have at top right corner of the back of PR card. For example at top corner it is PD1234567 but at bottom it will be CACANPD12345678. There it will be 8 digits.
