My COPR is already appearing in my application and that of my family. Does this mean that I have already been approved? How long will it take for me to receive the confirmation email?

It's an administrative step. This means you are getting close to the end but does not mean final approval.

I received FD on 1st October also COPR details updated on tracker and for dependent in COPR details Issuing country is showing UAE , but he is indian national by birth and born in UAE , so do you think we need to contact IRCC for the correction.

Also we are still waiting for PPR,

Issuing country is about IRCC not the applicant.
