From your AOR email, they provided you with a link to create a tracker account (it will be the last link of 3 links). Please note that you should try after 2-3 business days after AOR; otherwise, you might not be able to create it yet.
In a week you will get another email explaining how to create it, but many people create the tracker earlier.

I received it on 14th Oct. Although, I was able to register with status tracker after 48hrs of receiving AOR.
After receiving AOR, wait for 2-3 days and then use this link for tracker account registration: https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register
