Hi Everyone,
I applied for my in-laws’ Super Visa on May 15, and completed upfront medicals for both applicants before submitting the application.
On the IRCC account dashboard, my mother-in-law's medical status was updated to “Medical Passed” on September 9, but for my father-in-law, it still shows “Medical: Not Required”. This discrepancy has me a bit concerned, especially since both medicals were done and submitted at the same time.
Would it be a good idea to resubmit my father-in-law’s medical proof via the IRCC webform, even though it was already included in the original submission? I'm not sure if this would help or just cause confusion.
I’ve also noticed that applicants from June and July Super Visa threads have started receiving PPRs, which makes me wonder whether I should just wait it out a bit longer or follow up with IRCC proactively.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or received recent updates on their Super Visa application? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
its normal nowadays. i also got medical passed on different dates. wait for few days

Hey @Naturgrl Need a little help. Applied my parent's supervisa application on May 6. No updates yet. They have previous rejection on VV which was applied on March. I applied for their visa because I was expecting at that time, but did not mention it in my application (based on suggestions). I already have my baby and yet there is no progress on the visa application. It is already past processing time. I am thinking to send a webform now to know the status update. Should I mention about my baby in webform? I am confused because I did not mention anything of such in past applications.

Where are they from? Have you compared to others applying from the same country? This is not abnormal processing for many countries these days. India is essentially ~6 months these days. Not sure how mentioning the baby would help but it could hurt the application since it creates greater concern about having more ties to Canada and potentially not wanting to leave after their visit.

Not sure where they applied from but processing may be within normal times so no sense to ask for update. No need to mention baby. They would have addressed reasons for refusal in new application too.

Application is from India. The processing time showing is 153 days. It has already been 151 days till today.

Even I was wondering not to mention about the baby. But someone suggested to do so which confused me. The processing time for India is 153 days now. It has already been 151 days.
