Hello,

I am going to apply for Visit visa for myself and my family including my wife and two kids (14 years old and 11 years old). My passport and my wife's passport is going to expire after 9 years but my kids passport is expiring in 2028. My question is that if my visa is approved, visa validity will be different for all or same for all. If same for all then would we also get visa till 2028 according to my kids passport expiry? Can anyone share his/her experience regarding this kind of scenario?

Depends as IRCC no longer automatically 10 year visas. If approved, they may get until passport expiry or a one time entry. Same for you.

If a multiple entry visa is approved, your visa will expire based on your passport expiry date - 9 months. Your kids may be granted up to 2028 or same validity date as the parents. It best you renew your passports before submitting.
