Stage 2 -Home Support Worker Pilot: Gaining Experience inside Canada(Submitting Proof of Work Experience)

Seeking Advice:


My cousin has completed her 6 months of work experience.
Her Stage 1 application was processed by an agency. We have already submitted the cancellation of her previous representative.
IRCC has received the IMM5476 form, but we are still unable to link her Stage 1 application to her newly created GCKey account.
We are planning to attach the following documents submit through Webform of the following proof of experience.

• Form 19B
• Employer Reference Letter
• Notice of Assessment (2 months from 2024)
• Payslips (6 months)
• Bank Statements
• IMM5669 (for both the Principal Applicant and Spouse)
• IMM5406 (for both the Principal Applicant and Spouse)
  Do we need to include the IMM0008 form? Her spouse and son are still in the Philippines. I'm concerned because in her previous IMM0008 form, they were listed as non-accompanying. And also, if yes, what should be the Category. It is now new/updated IMM0008 dated March 2025. Category (ECONOMIC CLASS) then Sub Category (CAREGIVERS)?

Good day everyone, I am an applicant outside Canada for the home support worker pilot program, I applied 2024, at a stage in my application, I received a letter from IRCC to change my employer and send them a new job offer (Imm5983) as the present employer is ineligible, I was given 30 days to do so.Before the deadline I got a new employer and I submitted a new job offer via webform, confirmation of receipt was sent to my email. 3 months later I received a refusal. This prompted me to request a gcms note, I read through the notes and realised the refusal was based on the old job offer and they also claimed I did not submit a new job offer which is not true. At this point I am confused and don't know what else to do. Is there a contact number to reach out to IRCC? Please anyone with helpful information should kindly come to my aid.
