Oci applied walkin at bls Toronto on April 26.

Status granted June 18.

I had question guys. I moved to Vancouver. I had given my friends address in Oshawa for delivery.

Can i call bls and update delivery address? Will they change the delivery address and ship it to new address?

Do they pick up calls?

Hi, did you changed the address? Or your friend collected for you? Because I will be in similar situation in upcoming days, that I will be in india and my oci will be delivered.

Will it be problem with oci application if child birth certificate contains father first and last name (john smith)but father’s passport having given name as first name + middle name and then last name (john dave smith)? What will be the solution for this? Planning to submit my newborn application. Help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, did your BLS tracker change status to "processing at consulate general" before receiving ack from OCI portal pls

My BLS tracker status is "processing at consulate general" since for very long time. However, I am yet have acknowledgement at the OCI portal.

What is this acknowledgement? OCI tracker always shoes "under-porecess" for me.

I found the EPIC number on the Election India website, but my name and date of birth are wrong. I was not able to surrender/cancel the voter card, so I decided to go without it. I submitted at BLS Surrey, BC, and they didn't ask about voter ID cancellation. I did submit the Voter ID cancellation declaration form with the application.
Will this be an issue, as my name on VoterID doesn't match my other Indian documents, like Aadhar, passport and PAN?

I also received the same mail. Photo rejected. They have asked for new photo and signature.

i got an email today from oci section toronto. they said my photo was rejected by delhi. they asked me to submit new photo and signature via same email. i send email yesterday to helpdesk-oci@gov.in about application status. not sure i got reply from toronto due to that email or they just send it to me.

We sent the fresh photo. The card has been printed and despatched. Hope to receive it in the next week or so. How about you? Have you seen any update on your tracker?
