ECA evaluation

i did my document by document evaluation in wes and then for peng i upgade in to course by course. now for oinp international student stream i dont have document by document evalaution .but there is upgrade to ircc where i can send the file as immigration purposes but it is still course by course. what should i do.. i
called wes they didnt responf anything

Hi! Did you get an answer? I believe I am on the same boat.

I completed a course by course evaluation when I applied for a professional license. Now that on the WES website they have an option for me to order a duplicate for IRCC for immigration purpose. I wonder if IRCC will accept a report like this? Or I will have to re-apply ECA specifically for immigration which sounds a bit stupid to me.
