I just received an additional documents request this morning.

- Proof of Separation: You appear to have been in a common law relationship with XXXXX, please provide a notarized IMM5519 statutory declaration of severance of common-law relationship form.

- Military Records: It appears Brazil may have mandatory military service. You have indicated no military service. You must provide proof of military exemption or a complete IMM5546 details of military service chart.

I’m shaking! I wasn’t expecting that at all.
Is this bad?
Is this part of the background check? Since my eligibility shows as completed.
I hope I'm not too late and you haven't replied yet but make sure even if you were exempt from military service you still fill out imm5546 and fill all the fields with "NONE". I was exempt and provided them with just the proof of exemption (since the wording says proof OR imm5546) and I ended up getting slapped with another ADR this time explicitly asking for imm5546 which delayed my application by more than a week.

Wow, this is so valuable!
Thank you very much!
I’m still waiting for the translation of the document, so I’ll probably submit it tomorrow.

They should definitely be more explicit in their document requests. Why didn’t they ask since the beginning?

Thanks again for the tip!
Out of curiosity, how long did it take you to get a FD after you submitted the final documents?

Oh no worries, glad to be of help. Six days. And don't panic if you get another ADR in around a week or so for Schedule A. They typically follow military records ADR with a separate Schedule A one.

@nanana7 any update?

@northface2 and @sam.devilz19 looks like we had P1 around same date, mine was September 18, with FD on September 15... Did you guys notice any update on your tracker or GCKey?
I don't think you're supposed to get any updates either on the tracker or on GCKey between P1 and P2. I'd personally be worried if I ever got one as that probably means something atypical happened. Did you get any such update?

Yes, my tracker showed updated on September 23 and I got P1 on September 18 (responded in exactly 30 mins, lol). I have a theory on a number of things that could cause it though. One of them would be the fact that I have a new residential address now and I put in a different email because I had created a Permanent Residence portal back when I was preparing for Non-EE PNP application, using the current email linked to my Express Entry application. So new house address and email in P1 response can warrant a profile update. Another could be because I recently requested for GCMS notes for the application and the tracker update was like a day after the GCMS notes request was submitted.

Everything shows completed on my tracker and I can see the COPR number already. No GU on GCKey either, last update was FD on September 15. My enquiries (call, email or webform) gets updated on my tracker too and I can see it in the notes as well, so I'm not bothered about the update. If anything, I feel its my ECOPR being updated and P2 on its way real soonnnn! Hopefully! Lol.

More likely the address-related explanation since I never received a tracker update after submitting my ATIP request (3 weeks ago). Plus they don't usually even touch your request until 2 days before you receive the auto-generated results via email. I've ordered ATIP notes multiple times over the years and every single time the email has come at exactly 30-31 days after submission and the included PDF typically showed a "generated on" date that was couple days prior to the email.

Ok, makes sense. I ordered mine through a 3rd party though. Last time I tried the ATIP, it took like a year then they sent an email asking if I still wanted it, lol. I don't even remember how I ordered it again, which was why I decided to use the 3rd party again since they recently delivered on one old application I asked for. If its the address then at least it means that they've at least actioned my P1 so P2 should be coming up soon! Depending on how long it takes them to create the portal account I suppose.
