Weirdly, you didn't get a 2nd FP request!!!
With your AOR, I would "FORECAST" your SS finalizing by Oct! But, really, we can't pinpoint anything now....
Sometimes, IRCC doesn't bother with the criminality renewal till security is done.
It will probably happen once they have a look again after security.
Now security background check is taking 24 months, your should track your ss start date

It's mostly an observation, we've seen people get theirs wrapped in 2 years or so, but there are no stats to actually back it up, and obviously, it's at best a fingers crossing expectation for people nearing 2 years of SS, but it could absolutely take much longer. Every single positive mandamus decision you'll find in CanLII for citizenship related to a long SS took much longer than 2 years, although those are obviously at the extreme end of the application processing spectrum.
Dunno what the longest would be, but here are 2 recent citizenship cases where mandamus put a stop to security checks that lasted more than 4 years :

For both, IRCC had no justification to defend the delay except the blanket "we're not done yet LOL".

the post ABOVE explained very well. it is just an observation as I have seen many Aug 2023 AOR got their background check cleared and the security start date was in late aug 23 and early sep 2023

when you request your GCMS or ATIP notes, check on page 1 to confirm that if your "Application Status" is either "open" or "Suspended"
LOL I understand that some comments from experienced members can feel a little bit dismissive when someone is stuck in the machine, but I doubt anyone would complain about matter-of-factly stuff straight from CanLII.

And again al category completed. I am stil waiting ceremony.
My july 2025 atıp notes: grant assesment vancouver ofıce 
İrcc worked said to security and all category completed . Your case okay. Bur ceremony not started…..
