I completed the test on April 7th and after ~3week the status changed to en attende de traitement and no update since

Did anyone get any updates by calling them? I tried and they wont pick up. It's still "En attente de traitement".
I did, the agent responded that pilot programs don't have a timeline nor deadline so we are supposed to just wait.
Congrats!!! Did it ever go to en traitement? Did you have to do an interview (heard some people got invited to an interview).

But you posting this is a good news, means it's moving. We don't know at which pace, but it's moving.
Usually calling them to get more information doesn't have any effect. They basically say what you see.
If you were asked the Quebec Values attestation test, you completed, and it's in "En attente de traitement" it likely means the test was complete and accepted. Now wait for the rest.
