Informing IRCC about marital status change

Hello, I sponsored my spouse as PR (outland application) and the application was approved. The spouse landed in Canada in June 2023. Sadly, my spouse cheated on me and we are legally divorced now as of July 2025. Do I, as a sponsor, need to inform IRCC about the divorce? If yes, what documents do I need to submit? I have the original divorce decree. What happens to sponsor undertaking? And my ex spouse will still hold the PR?

Yes, your ex still hold the PR. And the undertaking probably is still in effect.

You don't need to inform IRCC. They do not track relationship after PR has landed.
And your undertaking doesn't end with the relationship. It will still be 3 years from spouse landed as/became PR.
