You can call 1-888-242-2100 from within Canada. You have to navigate through some recorded menus first before being connected to an agent.

Try calling first thing in the morning. Have your UCI/Application number handy. You would be put in a queue if the wait time is less than 30 minutes. You can also request a callback.

Did you hear any new updates on your application? I'm also an inland EE PNP applicant. My AOR is almost a month after yours.

So your BIL/Medical Update and Eligibility started the next day of receiving AOR? or you have a typo in your dates?

Almost there!! I had the same update last week on monday and on friday i got FD, today i can see all stats green in the tracker. So its almost a week give or take

I just called IRCC for the first time and they said my PVO is Edmonton just like yours (which made me anxious since I don't hear much about this particular office), so now waiting for a decision or some sort of update I guess.

the thing with Edmonton is that the work in batches.. and that makes the process slower. But tomorrow i’ll be 3 months since aor and im just waiting for p1

Just to be clear, your eligibility in the tracker changed from not started to in progress on Monday Sept. 1 (a stat holiday), and you got an ADR the following day?
