What are your timelines?

I don't think I've seen that tbh. But if its CEC (inland) then its possible because Ottawa VO is very fast in processing applications. Edmonton is also quite fast.

I got RFV within 18 days, fastest ever. All VOs have been labelled fast/slow, the data most use is anecdotal. Application complexities, VO taking break between stages, etc matter more. There are some VOs that take special cases (e.g. marriage fraud analysis by Sydney) that can take additional time as they have specialized resources (or had, as these things change year-by-year).

I wish they did first-in first-out to be fair to all applicants.

Not how we should expect them to work. Application complexities aren't the same. FIFO has never worked and we've quite a few process changes (even program changes) to see that.
