Applied for Study Permit in June, no response

Hi, I applied for a study permit for this Fall using on June 24, the latest update on the tracker was on the 11th of July and no response from IRCC since then. I'm thinking of postponing my studies. I'm from Zimbabwe applied on an mpower loan.

Processing is 19 weeks at a minimum so well within normal times.

Thanks for the update, with that in mind, should I defer my studies because I won't be able to make it in September, what do you suggest?

Defer. Also suggest not taking a loan from MPower.
