You can find the information here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/protect-fraud.html

Once you report them, move on. They will not inform you of their finding or actions.

You sponsored and they were accepted, where's the fraud? If your spouse was cheating, it's between you and them.

This seems more like an attempt at revenge than a sincere effort to report fraud. Acting out of spite rarely leads to anything productive - it's better to let it go and focus on moving forward.

You would need to prove that the relationship was purely based on immigration. Did they come to Canada and live with you and continue your relationship? If that was the case even if they had an affair that just means they are a bad partner. What do you mean continued to have an affair? Did you know they were having an affair before they landed as a PR? If so why didn’t you withdraw the sponsorship?

sorry to hear what you’re going through. just wondering, did he put any wrong information or submit fake documents when applying for PR? do you have evidence or can you collect evidence to prove it?
certainly you can report with evidence, if they find your allegation is true they will take action based on the laws.
