I have a question, for proof of language requirement what can be submitted? The official website says

Did you or do you attend a secondary or post-secondary program in English or French?​

can we submit a bachelors or masters degree which is in english but it doesn’t say anywhere that education was in english.

Please guide. Thanks

I think you can as long as the degree certificate is issued in English

Since your degree is from Pakistan(based on your DP), it might raise some scrutiny. However, you can provide a letter confirming that your education was conducted in English(From your University), which is usually accepted. Scrutiny tends to be lighter for countries where English or French is the primary language of instruction. Unfortunately, many Asian countries don't receive the same level of leeway in this regard.

Need info on PCC for citizenship:
Eligible for Citizenship Application : 3rd September 2025
No of applicants: 2 (Husband and wife)

Want to know if any of us need PCC with our situation below:
I applied for PR from Qatar in Feb-2021 (for which I had submitted PCC from Qatar and India), received approval for PR in May-2022. Entered Canada in Aug-2022. Never been out of Canada for more than 6 months since then.
My wife applied for PR from UAE in Feb-2021 (Submitted PCC from UAE and India), moved to Qatar (on visit visa) in Oct-2021, received PR approval in May-2022. Moved to Canada in Aug-2022. Never been out of Canada for more than 6 months since then.
My wife was in Qatar for 8months prior coming to Canada but after submitting PR application. Moreover, we had same application for PR.
Could anyone tell me if we have to arrange PCC from Qatar? or is it considered as country of origin prior migrating to Canada?
