Tracker is currently showing Background check in process and eligibility haven’t started yet.

You just completed biometrics, I would suggest that you exercise patience for at least 2-4 weeks.

Medical got updated to passed and received biometrics instructions same day (on Monday). I completed the biometrics this morning and it has been updated on my GCkey as well. Yet to see the update on my tracker and having issues logging into the tracker on my computer but not on my phone for some reason.

BIL: July 31
Biometrics: completed on August 1
Med: completed on August 1, then again an update on August 7

Tracker shows: Med & Bio completed, Background in progress, Eligibility not started (is it a glitch or has they really not started yet?)

Also, how do you know your VOs?

I have a similar timeline as yours, but my ITA is June 12, BIL: July 30th, and I submitted it on July 31st.

Tracker showed Bio and Medicals completed on July 31st, Background check in progress from Aug 1st, Eligibility not started. I guess my VO is the same lol. I will call and check.
