Pre-arrival services letter was through our GC account back in June but the one we got now is just a reminder and we received the reminder as an email

It is a procedural email sent to everyone and is not related to the end of processing. The name leads to many thinking they are closed to FD.

Can you suggest a link where I can find "simplified instructions/proof". I and my spouse ( who is a Canadian Citizen) are married for 33 years and we have a child together who is now 28 years old. My Canadian Citizen wife is now living with me outside of Canada. So what communication documents we have to submit?

I suggest going through the checklist that is provided when you select the packet for spousal sponsorship. It has everything you'll need based on unique circumstances. And then confirming you don't need any extra country-specific forms.
