Replacing a lost card.
Applied July 17th
status:16 (contrl + shift + i way)
still shows as submitted - not able to link anywhere - no updates so far

Did anyone got their card from July application?

I applied in July 11th, nothing on the portal. Hope to get it soon

I know the forum has mixed views on this part of the PR Portal but thought I'd share this. I checked it tonight and saw my ID is now marked 20. It was previously at 16. And the updatedAt: July 30, 2025. So going by what others experience was with this feature my application was completed and processed today, in the timeframe of 16-18 business days at the time of submission on July 6. So hopefully my card comes in within the next couple of weeks especially with the holiday on Monday.
Any update on yours? Thanks

Two NOAs is fine. A few bank statements is fine, not one for each year.

Look at the instructions: it says two docs. Do that. Stop looking for more.
Here is a snippet from official guide which clearly mentions to provide all 5 NOA and that counts as 1 piece of supporting document :

Supporting documents showing that you meet the residency obligation

  • You must provide copies of 2 pieces of evidence that can show you have met the residency in Canada in the five (5) years immediately before the application, or since becoming a PR if it has been less than 5 years. Some examples include:
    • employment records or pay stubs;
    • bank statements;
    • Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Notice of Assessment for the five (5) years immediately before the application
    • evidence that you received benefits from Canadian government programs;
    • rental agreements;
    • club memberships;
    • or any other documents that prove you met your residency obligation.
My question is whether Health Card records from Provincial Health Ministry is acceptable or not ?

The requirement and wording in the official doc was changed a year or two ago, and noted at the time (here on boards) that this language was not changed - i.e. it was likely an unintentional oversight that the wording and plurals here were NOT changed. (Also makes no sense, there's no hard requirement that a PR should be/have been tax resident for all five years).

This is further supported by the fact that MULTIPLE applicants - as reported here on board - have renewed providing just this supporting evidence, eg two NOAs.

Seems to me you're wasting time. If you want to include health records so badly, try it.
