I left canada as a pgwp holder about 1.5 yrs ago. I was having a hard time trying to land a job so I decided to go home and gain some foreign experience while learning french to boost my chance.
Since I was somewhat determined to fight my way back, i decided to keep my account with scotiabank and left enough balance so there's no monthly charge.
I recently received ita and was prepping my documents and was a bit unsure about POF. While I do have enough in my account in my home country, i dont know if I NEED to also include documentation for my canadian bank account. I'm asking because i suppose it'd be quite a pain to obtain a bank letter without being physically present, plus ive canceled my canadian phone number when i left. Would appreciate some advice :)

Can be funds from anywhere as long as you have enough savings to account for things like currency fluctuations and proof of where the funds are from if there are any concerns.

There's no problem to get a bank letter by email.
