Anyone that applied after 2025 in final stages yet? (Final Decision email/P1/P2/eCOPR/pr card receives?

Here's my timeline

Application Submitted inland, BC, Jordanian nationality Feb 4, 2025

AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt): Feb 27, 2025

Biometrics & Pre-Arrival Letter: June 9, 2025

Biometrics Completed: June 11, 2025

Sponsor Eligibility & AIP (Approval in Principle): June 13, 2025

Ghost update in IRCC tracker: July 24, 2025

Ghost update in IRCC tracker: August 07, 2025
 
I got a final decision update on GCKey yesterday but no email. And today I got COPR number on the tracker!

There is a delay between file update and any emails. Most do not monitor their account so closely.

03 July 2025 - Biometrics request
05 July 2025 - Pre arrival Letter
11 July 2025 - Principal Applicant and Sponsor Eligibility + AIP letter
11 July 2025 - Biometrics sent
11 July 2025 - AOR
16 July 2025 - Medical Request
19 July 2025 - Medical exam done (still in progress on tracker)
28 July 2025 - SOWP Submitted
31 July 2025 - Background verification Completed
08 August 2025 - Medical Completed on Tracker
12 August 2025 - Final Decision date on GCKey
13 August 2025 - COPR number showing on Tracker
