Hello everyone I am a May 2023 applicant I request for a GCSM note for my spouse who is a dependent and I get this note can any one help me to understand


It says

Office: CPC Mississauga
Batch note … PP DR application kit request letter sent to PA via bulk email letter application (BELA) on 2025-05-12 .As the correspondence was sent via BELA there is no copy of the
letter or email attached to the GCMS application.
Client has been directed to submit all requested information/documents) within 45 days of this notice or to provide an explain as to why they are unable to comply

Looks like they have sent to you email and attached the letter. It’s about your dependent’s application request. You need to do it in 45 days. Did you?

Yes they send the email to my dependent and we sent all the documents they need so it’s only a note write

Yes that's it .nothing to do i also got same kit request and send it back to them via web form..
