Yes , i did send them proof of emergency.
I kind of email them on address that i had five years back of delhi immigration offc. I did not received their response but they did send me dispatch msg. So thats fair to say…..can you able to share the email address that you raise your concern

If your processing time is similar to others sending a webform is very unlikely to change anything. You will be told that your application is being processed.

Can you please share how to raise a web form ? Is it same as raising web form while application under process at ircc before getting ppr, or is there any separate portal that we we have to apply from vfs global?

Yes, but it was not the webform.... Submitted the Webform less than 24 hours before I got the dispatch message.. I don't think webforms are processed/responded that fast... You can try emailing the Delhi high commission, they will take action depending upon the nature and urgency of your cause/reason. That is way effective compared to webform when it comes to stamping. I was planning to do so in a day or two. But, got the good news before that

My passport reached Ircc on 21st July. Still waiting for the stamping to be done. Its for visitor visa.
How long it can take? Any tentative dates by when I can expect it. I have travel scheduled for next week so getting a bit paranoid. Any pointers would be helpful.
