It just email or also update on gc key account ??? I submitted my file through representative they only share gc key account status with us

Pre-arrival services letter was through our GC account back in June but the one we got now is just a reminder and we received the reminder as an email

It is a procedural email sent to everyone and is not related to the end of processing. The name leads to many thinking they are closed to FD.
