What a lengthy application lol, I think it would take me few weeks to submit the application especially that I need to submit 2 for my divorced parents.
Oh, right. But the majority of the work should just be duplicated. Check everything carefully before submit. Like names, and dates gaps on CV etc.

Include your spouse for 2022 and 2023 in your family size. 2024 exclude your ex in family size. If you were on mat leave and/or not working in 2023 you are unlikely to meet LICO unless you were getting a top up from your employer. You no longer have a co-signer so your income will need to meet LICO for your family size for 2022-2024 and going forward.
Would contact IRCC and CSQ. It’s unclear what happens to Quebec applicants given family sponsorship is technically closed. This should have really been clarified before the draw.
Hi everyone, I already have official translations of our documents, but they were done back in 2018. Do we need to get new translations?
And if yes, does the new translation only need to be done by a certified translator or should it also be stamped by the Ministry of Justice and the Foreign Affairs? Thanks for your help.

Hi - I got an invitation after 7 years. Really appreciate if if someone can help to provide clarity on these questions.
1. Do Sponsors need to create Account on PR Portal or Main Applicant
2. I don’t know whose name I put as main applicant in 2020, Can I change Main applicant to Mom
3. Do we need to create separate accounts on PR portal right - one for my mother and another for my father?
4. My parents don't use the computer and online forms, Can i prepare and submit application for my parents.

I submitted the interest form in 2020. And suddenly got the invitation today morning.
I now need to go back and research the process on submitting an application.
Does anyone know if I want to help my parents to fill out all the form, do I need to submit any representative form or is it ok to just do it quietly?

You don't HAVE to fill in the representative form. BUT if in the future you want to call IRCC about their application, you cannot act as a representative. And so you will only get status update for sponsor and not the applicant.
So it's up to you to decide.
From what I am reading, answer is no if your interest form submitted was for Principle applicant + his/her spouse. (eg, Mother being the principle applicant, and her spouse in 1 single account)

If they are still married, you only need to pick one as principle applicant and the other as dependent. So 1 account only.
