Hi @Miss bee or anybody, If you could help me with the question whenever you have some time, I would highly appreaciate it!. Thanks!
Since you’ve already done a medical for your PGWP, IRCC may simply reuse yours from their system (provided it’s still valid). For your common-law partner, it’s generally better to wait until IRCC sends the medical request (IME) with the appropriate form and UCI number — that way you’re sure everything is linked correctly to your file. But you can do upfront medical exam also and update them .

For your change of address, since you don’t have an AOR yet, you won’t be able to link the application to your IRCC online account or use the change-of-address portal.
Until then, the Webform is the correct route — just choose the option “I want to report a change in my address” and include your application details (full name, DOB, date and type of application, UCI if you have one, etc.).
Once you receive your AOR, you’ll be able to link the application to your IRCC account and update any future changes there more easily.

Hello @Miss bee and everybody,

I got the OINP nomination for International Students - Job offers stream and applied for PR in May 2024. After a lot of consideration, I decided to quit the company (that nominated me) in November 2024 to start a new job (same NOC, job title and duties). At that point, I had already received and submitted Medical results and Biometrics. I did email ontarionominee@ontario.ca on my change of employment once I decided to move to a new company.

I was quite sure my PR application would be disqualified but ended up receiving P1 email earlier this week. The PR portal also shows FD is in progress. Is there any chance there was a fluke in the processing and my application will be cancelled?

Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,
I applied for Non-express Entry PR on January 29th, 2025. So I am hoping to receive AOR within 2-3 months. I included my common-law partner on my application. I have previously done a Medical Examination for my PGWP so I most likely I wont get asked to do a new one. However my partner have never done one in Canada, so we are expecting that they will ask her to do one.

My question is: Should we do an exam now in order to save some time? Or should we just wait until they request the exam?

Secondly, we are moving soon to a new address, so I need to update IRCC the move, but since I don't have the AOR yet I was thinking on updating them via Webform, is that the better route? or is there any other option that I should use.

Thank you in advance for your help!
Since you have already submitted the application you should wait for them to contact you. If you go ahead and do it, you will need a temporary application #. They will remind you that they will ask you. If you do medical exam with the medical exam request letter, it easier as the clinic is the one who send everything.

Yes you will submit via webform. I would advise to wait for AOR first and when you get your application #, you submit it via webform. Reason, you dont want to cause any delays or having your documents misfiled.

Did you get a response from the province of ON?

my copr deta
what does it mean when on the Application Status Tracker (the one where we use the UCI for login) the background verification got completed but in the GCKey application it is still ongoing? Also, I got an update last july 25 that my background verification was completed (in status tracker) and today i got a ghost update in my profile (30 july 2025). has anyone experienced the same? is this normal?
Checked my application tracker today and it got updated with COPR details with an expiry in July 2026. This is good progress, right? Still haven't received any updates on my GCKey though.. No emails too..

Hi @Miss bee . I received P1 on June 10th (replied on June 13th) and received a second P1 on July 22nd (replied the same day) but haven't received P2 yet. What should I expect to happen? AR: August 1, 2024. Thank you

Hello @Miss bee it been about 64 days now I got ECOPR but I still haven’t received my card or any update concerning the card despite processing time being 41 days. Both on the portal and GCKEY no update at all. Status still is submitted, called and sent webform multiple times all resolved nothing. Please what could be the reason for this delay? Will really love your input on this. Thanks
