What update did you receive on your PGP application? the last update i got is final decision - application is in progress, but i saw that in the portal directly, i did not receive an email update.

Finally got the invitation. If you have a valid biometric, do you still need to provide a new one?

Biometric are valid for 10 years . If its given within that range , no need to provide new one. You can find the validity here https://ircc.canada.ca/english/visit/biometrics.asp

What update did you receive on your PGP application? the last update i got is final decision - application is in progress, but i saw that in the portal directly, i did not receive an email update.

I just got FD today, and you know what I found PPR letter as well. They come together !!

Wow! I just discovered the PPR letter in my portal — it looks like the final decision and PPR were issued together! It seems the processing time for PGP is just 1 year or so!

After all these years, my Canada immigration journey that began in 2017 is finally nearing completion! I'm incredibly grateful that everything has gone smoothly throughout the process.
