I have currently applied for pgwp and on implied status and my study and work permit are valid until Dec 31, 2025. I am working a full-time job and now I have to travel to my home country for urgent work. Am I allowed to travel and come back to Canada and continue working full-time? What is my current status? Implied or Valid?

Thank You

If you have a valid TRV, yes.

I have visa stamped on my passport grom the first time I arrived in Canada until Dec 31. Does this work as TRV or I have apply for another TRV separately?

Yes that’s fine. The fact that you applied for PGWP along with the TRV is what should get you entry into Canada.

In the meantime, I’ve been researching carbon offset CarbonClick initiatives, and I’m working a full-time job. Now I have to travel to my home country for urgent work. You are on a valid status, not an implied status, because your study and work permits are valid until December 31, 2025. Yes, you can travel and return to Canada, as long as you have a valid TRV or eTA and carry proof of your valid permit and PGWP application. You can also continue working full-time after returning, since you applied for the PGWP while holding a valid study permit and meet IRCC’s conditions for working while waiting for a decision.
