What are the agents saying when you ask its way past the processing time ?Nothing at all. Applied in February 27
I already raised 2 web forms and GCMS notes with no reply back, not even generic which is so frustrating.
Applied on Apr 02nd (upfront medical), only 1 update after that is of medical passed on June 30. No update after that.
I raised another web form yesterday asking about the status.

Processing times are not guaranteed and often do not reflect actual processing times especially for applications that require manual processing. If your processing time is similar to others all you can do is wait. This potentially allows parents to visit for up to 5-7 years so longer processing time in the grand scheme of things is understandable. Also most visas aren’t for urgent and time sensitive reasons like death or serious medical issues. In general after years of minimal scrutiny IRCC is actually vetting applications which is leading to longer processing times.
Do they have any health issues? If so the medical may be being reviewed by IRCC medical staff.
I think they stopped processing SV applications starting in July. Once the timeline begins to shorten, we can assume that they have again started visa processing.
