Don't be scared. It is totally fine to include another sheet for the full details/any additional details. e.g. School names can be a bit over the top and very long which will be way past the character limit in the online forms. So people tend to add a separate sheet and provide full details of it :) it will be a "delay" in processing if you submit the online app and didn't include another sheet for the full details, they'll ask you for an explanation because of it, hence the delay.
It's so kind of you to provide this explanation. Thank you!

Hello! PLEASE HELP ME ANSWER THISZZ

Has anyone got returned because they left the “to date” blank? Under address history and employment - for most recent date??
Leaving the “To Date” field blank in your address history or employment history for your most recent entry on a Permanent Residence (PR) application (non-Express Entry) can raise issues if it creates confusion or gives the impression of an incomplete timeline. However, it doesn’t automatically cause a rejection—but it can lead to delays, requests for more information (ADR), or even a refusal if seen as misrepresentation.
Leaving it blank won’t always cause a return, but it’s a gray area.

Hello. I just noticed that in Schedule 4 form, I filled the stream name but left the name of the province that nominated me blank by accident. The nomination letters and everthing else is included. I haven't received my AOR yet. Do you think this will result in a rejection?

Hi everyone,
I applied for Non-express Entry PR on January 29th, 2025. So I am hoping to receive AOR within 2-3 months. I included my common-law partner on my application. I have previously done a Medical Examination for my PGWP so I most likely I wont get asked to do a new one. However my partner have never done one in Canada, so we are expecting that they will ask her to do one.

My question is: Should we do an exam now in order to save some time? Or should we just wait until they request the exam?

Secondly, we are moving soon to a new address, so I need to update IRCC the move, but since I don't have the AOR yet I was thinking on updating them via Webform, is that the better route? or is there any other option that I should use.

Thank you in advance for your help!

No , no issue at all. Don't worry, your application won't be returned.

@Miss bee, thank you so much for your reply. I am terribly anxious after seeing returned applications due to issues with the schedule 4 form. Just to double check, I didn’t add the province name in the stream name either, so the name of the province is not on the form at all , only the name of the stream (e.g. master’s graduates stream) is written. Do you think this is still okay or would the application be returned as incomplete?

It's still ok . Don't worry about it .

I submitted my PR application in August 23rd 2025 When will I get final decision?
When was your AOR? And can you share all your timelines? Then we can give you a guess. No one knows the final confirmed date.

Hello @Miss bee. I just noticed that on my IMM5669, I left the part blank where it’s asking for the “date of death, if deceased” instead of putting N/A. Is this okay or should I raise a webform?
