I've seen it happen to people before, usually if it happens close to the end, you get FD or BGC in 1-2 days but IRCC has slowed down a lot now so will probably be next month for me.

I’m also in the same boat. My medical was approved in the December-24, however on the pr tracker I got update. In which my medical status changed from the sep 2025 to june 2026. After I that, no single update. Update date: 18th June,25

hey guys! I had an update on my tracker July 24, saying that my "Medical exam status has been updated to Completed". However, my medical exam status was already updated back in November.

• November 19, 2024 You passed the medical exam.

Does anyone know what that means? Here's my timeline:

Submission - July 29
AOR - Aug 22
Biometrics - September
Medical approval - November
AIP, Sponsor Approval and Pre-arrival letter all in December 2024.

No updates since then, just this update on the medical!

It’s not weird. I realized that your medical status can go blank and be later updated prior to Final decison on your application. It’s pretty normal.

Email. They will email you the link to the portal, then you upload photo, confirm address and declare you are in Canada.
