There is no priority for application submitted by agents. This is just their sales pitch. There is a just large backlog. If you wait you will get a response.
There is no point in raising a webform you just need to wait and you should hear in the next few weeks.
Don’t worry, if it’s a manual review, it takes that long, one of my friend got a response after 2-3 months and some have waited more. Every case is different, I understand your frustration, anyone would get tired of waiting but nothing can be done about it.
as i understand, visas are generally processed by the canadian embassy within a certain country. so while the same type of visa application in en India might take 30days, it might take 120 days in Brazil...
also the visa type is crucial. are you applying for a short term visitor visa or a visa to study 3 years in canada.
and they might want to know why possible previous application were rejected
last but not least thetravel history might affect your application. if they see it neccesary, they might request a criminal report of you from some countries you traveled in the past...
so it would be interesting to know your situation.

What were your reasons for refusal because IRC tells you not to buy tickets until approved but show a dummy booking.
in january i wanted toget a transit visa for a travel to Europe. In teh end i had to book with a different airline
