PR card timeline 2025

This is really quick. I’m still waiting for my parents’ PR card. We received the COPR on June 23rd, and our flight to the USA was scheduled for July 19th, but the address is still under review with IRCC. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our flight due to the delay.

"Latest update:
Final decision - July 15, 2025:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."
What does this mean? When can I expect an email or update that they have dispatched my card?

This is Ghost update 1 and u will receive update 2 with document section shows ‘card dispatched’ message in day 1 or 2.
Card was dispatched today. Did you receive yours? How long does it take to deliver in BC? Any idea. I have travel plans.

PR card delivered on July 17 ! Exact 7 days after card dispatched!
Normally it takes 6 working days to deliver.
