Are you an inland applicant. I have also received same ADR I submitted in May. Still waiting . I have an outland applicant

I spoke to a consultant for their Outland cases. The only progress has been in form of ADRs. No Passport requests for May onwards applicants yet. Last passport requests were for April applicants about 2 months before.

I had a similar ADR for the updated IMM5984. Submitted recently, and today I got confirmation they received it. My GCKey now shows today’s date under Final Decision. Any idea what it means?
