Congratulations!
I have a question regarding uploading the picture. Did you upload the back and the front, or only the front?
While submitting the original PR application, it was both front and back. But after P2 on the Portal, the only option we get is to upload Front.

I would really appreciate your opinion or expertise on this matter. @Miss bee and fellow members

Recently, my country has undergone a significant change in its administrative divisions. As a result, all addresses in all documents (such as Police Checks, Birth Certificate, Degrees, Labour Contracts, etc.) have become outdated. Travelling back to the country to update them may not be a practical option for me at this time.

I am wondering whether I should keep the original addresses on the portal so that they match the addresses stated in my documents, and provide an explanation — or whether I should update the portal with the new addresses.
So far, I have not found any official guidelines from my government on how to reference the new addresses in detail.
Thank you so much!

Hi!
I applied for PNP Non-Express Entry on August 14th 24. Yesterday, July 14th 25, I finally got the FD date updated on my GC account, and today the COPR number was updated on the tracker. I'm very excited; however, I haven't received my P1 yet.
I notice some people receiving P1 before COPR number. Is that the regular process?
BTW, this forum is the best. I hope you all receive your PR soon! :)

Can you share with us your timeline please?

@Miss bee Miss bee:

I got FD yesterday. Upon checking my copr info on the tracker, I noticed the info is linked to my old passport while I renewed my passport in March without updating IRCC. I sent an update today through web form with bio page of the new passport.

Curious, will this be an issue?

No issue. It's doesn't matter what passport number it's showing online but you still have to update them with new passport number asap.

In your case, it is generally advisable to keep the original addresses on the portal so they match exactly with the addresses stated in your official documents (e.g. birth certificate, police check, degrees, labour contracts). Consistency across records is crucial, especially for legal, academic, or immigration purposes. If your portal profile or application system allows, you can include a note or brief explanation stating that your country has recently undergone administrative changes, and the address reflects the older official designation still listed on your documents.

Updating the portal with the new address format without updating the documents could create confusion, mismatches, or questions about authenticity, especially if no official government guidance has been issued yet. Until you can officially update the documents or clear guidance is released, consistency and clarity through explanation is your safest and most practical approach.

Guys I got GCMS from CBSA and everything passed instead of security. The last update from officer for security is: security decision referred to cleared officer. ADDITIONAL NOTES: FILE CHARGED TO PNP-OVERDUE MEDS.

Can anybody help me with this? What this means?
Hi I recently found I have same note in my GCMS. Did you get your pr please?

Hello @Miss bee - thanks for continuously answering our questions here!! Hopefully you can give me an insight on the questions i have regarding the request for additional documents on my pr application.. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on it..

1. Newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration (IMM5669)

- Previously I answered this with overlapping dates, for example I had an entry for my studies (Sept 2021-Dec 2023) and also had an entry for the internship i was doing (May 2022-Dec2022, Sept2023-Dec2023) is this correct? Should I have not put in overlapping entries?
- What does it mean to not leave a gap in the personal history? On my previous answers i would put in entries like the one below, is this correct that there is no gap here?
  • Jul 2021 - Aug 2021 - Unemployed - Philippines
  • Sep 2021 - Dec 2023 - Studying - Canada
  • Jan 2024 - PRESENT - Working - Canada
- For areas where i do not have any answers (Membership and association with organizations,Government positions, Military and paramilitary service) i put in 'none' in the first entry. Is this correct? Should I have just left it blank?

2. Additional document requested for employment records

- Should i be including all letters of employment from all jobs i held from the past 10 years? even the ones that are not related to my NOC? or only the one that is related to my OINP application and NOC code (21232 - Software Developer)?

3. Additional document requested for Proof Of Funds

- Is this something i should be concerned about? while i have savings set aside in case IRCC does ask for proof of funds that is in line with the express entry POF, i thought proof of funds is not required for the oinp non express entry application.
- I have just called my bank (TD Bank) and while they are able to provide me with the current balance of each of my accounts and the bank statements from the last 6 months, they are not able to provide me with a statement indicating when each account was opened or the average balance for the past 6 months. does anyone have an idea how i can go about this?

4. Additional Family Info IMM5406

- I am a single applicant, with no spouse or children. On my previous application I left those areas blank as I don't have a spouse or children. Is this correct? Should I have put in these fields to indicate 'none' or something? Just wondering why i would need to redo this form..

5. General Question
- For the forms requested to be replaced, should i print the forms and do an actual signature on the forms and scan again and upload? or just writing my name on the signature field would suffice?

sorry if i have a lot of questions, thank you @Miss bee, i hope you get to notice my post and thanks also to whoever spends some time to give me some insight in this kind of stressful scenario i am in!
Hi did you got this request with AOR or after
