Okay I have made some mistakes. Just trying to understand what could go wrong at most.

I got PR in March 22. Till now, I have been in India for about 2 years and three months, and spent 1 years 3 months in Canada,

Two stretches of 1 year and 1 year 3 months. All while being employed for a Major Canadian Company, but its remote so they don't know I am in India.
I have been employed all time long I have T4s.

I intend to return back now and stay in Canada only. What questions could they ask at the airport? What should I answer?

During my PR renewal, could this be an issue?
What documents would government consider for PR residency requirement in this case?
Would T4s be okay? Or they need some information from company that the employee was working abroad?
Will they connect with company? (I actually didn't tell company about this since I was abroad).

More Info : Also I have not filed tax of this and last year return, and I have always maintained a lease in Canada, since the day of PR.

What problems could I potentially face in future? For citizenship? For PR renewal? For spousal visa?
What would you do if you were me?

As long as you have been OUTSIDE Canada LESS THAN 1095 days (three years) in any five year period (rolling basis, looking back five years from date of examination eg at border/port of entry), then you are in compliance with the residency obligation. [Obviously the dates prior to the date you became a PR are not counted, so for the first five years, it is counting only from the date you became a PR. After the five year anniversary has passed, it looks back the full five years.]

So:
-return to Canada soonest. You are in compliance now.
-be careful about the total days in/outside Canada, taking into account that falling out of compliance adds complications. (Keep a buffer!)
-don't apply to renew PR card when not in compliance.
-file for and pay your taxes.
-when you have 1095 days in last five IN CANADA, apply for citizenship.

All of the problems you ask about - from immigration perspective - will be avoided if you stay in compliance.

as for your specific questions:
-tell the truth at border. You've nothing to fear as long as you return when still in compliance. You may get a warning to be careful.
-you shouldn't need any docs.
-they generally don't contact employers, either at this stage or at citizenship. They do check tax records when applying for citizenship (both to check that you filed as/when required, and as a sort-of presence check).
-Your tax and company issues - your issue to sort out.
-They increasingly rely on entry-exit records for physical presence issues. Right now, this is in your favour.

CBSA definitely knows that you are NOT in Canada.

One other point to add. If you have been working outside of Canada without your company's knowledge or approval, there's a chance you may have violated a company policy and which might mean they could fire you with cause.

His company owes taxes in India as a result of what OP did. I never work from India for more than 28 days as that leads to potential taxation issues for my employer.

Why people think it is a good idea to lie to their employer or CRA boggles my mind. Can’t see how this arrangement has also benefited OP in any way. Would add you will have to reapply for healthcare given your absence from Canada and failure to meet residency obligation for provincial healthcare. Wouldn’t suggest adding healthcare fraud to the payroll, tax, etc. fraud.

Agreed. This triggers no end of issues including tax, data privacy, etc. If it's a large company, this is almost certainly a fireable HR violation.

I agree about the data privacy. It could result in lawsuits for the company as well if found out by the public.
e.g. my company restrict certain data being accessible from outside the original of country boundaries. Remote work is only allow in certain countries and bringing company laptops outside may or may not be approved during personal travel. (e.g. some cannot travel on to yet another country with company laptops after business trip)
(US data remains in US and Canadian data cannot be access outside)
