I see, every scenario is different….
Ur eligibility strtd sooner but here it strtd aftr month…. So no idea hw they wrk
update:
m so confused about this. I tracked my son’s application on gc key, it says eligibility in progress, nothing about background.
But now i was finally able to track on tracker and there it says background in progress & under eligiblty it says :not started yet.
Wt is wrong ?

I am able to access my application on tracker . It shows Biometric and eligibility completed . Background check in process and medical exam not started . What does it mean ? I haven't recieve visa info as well .

urs everythng is done and they are chkng ur BCkground.
For me its my minor son, idk wt is in it for him? He is just 4 mnths wt bckground they are chkng on him.
Idk … are these things again dffrnt fr uh on other portal? Or uh just hv trCker?
I hv two dffrnt things on gc ky nd tracker.
When I checked my gc key everything shows in process but in tracker biometric and eligibility shows completed
Kindly plz tell us ur submission day?

It will not go through until they have it in their system. I was also not able to do so for a month. It just went through 2 days back.
So uh have to wait
After your message, I just tried again and I was able to create an account. On the portal it shows we are reviewing your eligibility but in the tracker it hasn’t started yet. Having it in there system means, I can expect a reply soon?
Hopefully , but its been i think 4 days since i was able to c on tracker too. But honestly , i dnt knw anymore which one is correct. Coz my gc key says eligibility started. But tracker says background in progress (which is not applicable coz this application is for my minor son 4 mnth old) .
Nd moreover som people eligibility started few days after submission and they are still waiting, mine started after month and i have no idea how long its going to take. Hoping for next week .
But still its relief to see smthngs going on
