Update: Received Portal 2 today and submitted. However, got a warning while uploading photo, about the brightness, but proceeded while still the warning was there.
I tried multiple times. Not sure if this causes an issue.

Update: Got eCOPR yesterday, 26th June.

Hey everyone, how long does it take to get the physical card in hand after getting the eCoPR? It's been more than 1.5 months and still waiting, checking my mailbox everyday. Will there be any shipping notification?

Generally, it takes 50-60 days after eCOPR issuance. I got within 47 days.
