As I have previously mentioned the H&C quota is very small and the volume of applicants for all H&C programs is very large so if at all possible people should be exploring other economic pathways to gain PR in Canada if at all possible. There also appears to be a technical glitch for some application but in general if for example someone knows French, works in an NOC in demand, etc. applying to an economic immigration program may be a better option for some.

like financial information?

Can someone please explain to me how I supposed to resubmit IMM5406 and IMM 5669 and send it back via email? Maybe it’s a stupid question, but I can only see one way … download, print, fill, sign and send .
Here is what the email says:

Upon further review of your file, it appears the following documents are still outstanding:

- Re-submit IMM5406 form as received incomplete for N.N.
- IMM5669 received with missing personal history, please submit completed form


You must send all the requested documents and/or information by replying directly to this e-mail within 7 days from the date of this letter. Do not modify the subject line.

Please note there is a file size limit of 5MB per file. If your file is too big to upload, find out how to reduce the file size.
