Incomplete address

I submitted my PR application earlier this yeah, recently I got biometric letter and also note that there was a gap in my address. I was asked to download IMM 5669 form resubmit. My Question now is... Do I need to fill all the information again, together with all my previous addresses, or should I just write the missing address. Thanks

If your initial submitted IMM 5669 had gap(s), you need to refill the whole form again. Not just to add the missing address.
