The Payment Page for Visitor Visa Application Failed. Now I Cannot Access my Application. Help!!!

Hello everyone, I just tried to pay the application fee for my visa application. However, I tried to refresh the payment page several time, but it cannot load properly. Then I returned to the home page of IRCC portal. My current applications are still under "Continue an application you haven't submitted" section with a status "Pending." Since I haven't complete the payment, I don't expect it to be submitted. On the other hand, I could not access my application to finish the payment. Originally, there is a "continue" button, and is now replaced by the pending status. I really need someone to help me with this issue, as we are planning to travel to Canada in August. Or should I fill out the form again to re-submit the visa application?

Hi, may I know how you resolved or did you already resolved this, because i encounter the same. i dont know what to do, can you share to me if what did you do? thank you and i will appreciate it., thank you
