PCC - Family class

Hi,

For my parents in India, we got a request for PCC. They are from Kolkata, West bengal. How to apply for PCC from Kolkata/India for PR?
Can we directly do it from police station or we need to go through the passport seva?
any help would be appreciated.

You have to go through PSK (passport seva kendra). But I have to warn you, it is currently taking several weeks.
