Hello, I've seen many applicants from nov and december saying they haven't started the eligibility, so I'm worried because I applied on January 1st, and today started my eligibility review.

Submitted: January 1st
Bio request January 1st
Bio done January 3rd
bio updated same day
review eligibility: January 20
Medical exam: not requested yet

Is this good or bad?

Cant really tell but any update is good update. At least your file is moving and whatever the decision maybe you will know it sooner.

I think there are lot of youtube channels from consultants/vloggers who make videos on daily PPR's. That's how usually people come to know a trend.

From what I've seen, if your profile is complete (not necessarily strong) you should get through. That's the power of belonging to a less populated country ;-)

I got approved but my wife still haven't received any update on her SOWP application. I have sent a Webform and e-mail, but still no reply or update.

Yes we showed extra funds in our accounts in Brazil. I’ve seen people be approved with just the 10k GIC but if you can show more, there’s no harm in doing it, specially if you are applying with other family members.

The reason I asked about fund is because in our application we did not show any funds apart from GIC but shown 23K CAD in SOWP application filed along with student application.

Wow, this is amazing. Congrats.

From what I've seen SOWP usually should not get rejected if your SP is approved. This is provided you have shown sufficient funds and other criteria for SOWP meets. I think it should be on its way anytime soon.

Well we just did the medical exam yesterday. I think my response will be in this month. My process has been fast for what I've seen compare to others.
